1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or playing Neonbreak ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Neonbreak Studios is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by shared or compromised credentials.

3. Fair play

Cheating, exploiting bugs for competitive advantage, and account boosting-for-hire are prohibited and may result in temporary or permanent suspension without refund of any purchased items.

4. In-game purchases

Cosmetic items purchased in the store are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by local consumer protection law.

5. Content and conduct

Usernames, custom loadout names, and in-game chat must comply with our community guidelines. Violations may result in moderation action.

6. Service changes

Neonbreak Studios may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Game at any time, including balance changes, map rotations, and season content.

7. Limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is." Neonbreak Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Game, to the extent permitted by law.
